Description

A sci-fi picture!! Woohoo!! The ship I made ages ago. It's in my freestuff. The sky is one of Alvin's. I did think of a backstory, but decided against posting it. You can make up your own. Thanks for looking.

Yeah, Ylaya's skies are great; good use of one here. Hmmm... a story... Okay, here goes nothin': "In the Blablah Empire, a battle raged above the planet Drawbridge, which was a desolate place inhabited only by some naked people. The Wahoolian ship #120A was shot down by the Blablahian Army Force, and crash-landed on the desolate planet, whereupon some villagers observed the scene with great curiousity and suspicion." I have way too much free time.

Beautiful work. To continue Mrscience's story in a sort of campfire fashion, here goes nothin': "While the nude indigents discussed how realistic their water was, the sun was slowly setting in the stylistic stereotypical fashion of superb artwork. Little did they know that those three birds were no more than cunningly added postwork, and would not make a hearty lunch. They thought about launching their staff/spears at them and eating them, but then went elsewhere to spend their free time." I have way too much free time as well.

Very nice image and it's getting better and better with the story :) Well, I'm not so good at story telling but I'll add some to mrscience and MoonGoat narative: "...If they only knew what lies in the bays of the Wahoolian ship... If they only knew that just as soon as the ship dissapeared form their eyes behind the Brycical palmtrees three pixelated birds were sucked in to the ships side gates with mighty force... if they only knew..."

Actually, the inhabitants of the planet Drawbridge only run around naked when the children are at the baby-sitters(they are newly-weds y'know, lol) Very cool depiction of one of the most haunting themes in Sci-fi. It's bad enough when your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, but when it's many parsecs from home it's really the pits. Excellent work1

...if only they knew that the strange ship was leaking vast amounts of nuclear fuel into their lagoon. All the spears on Drawbridge wouldn't stop the mutated menace that was about to be spawned from that ship of the Damned.
