Description

Created in Ultra Fractal using Gilles Nadeau's 3D_Julia Set and Orbit Traps from the Standard folder. I thought it looked like some dusky desert flower... hence the title.

Once again you guys have made my day, my week, my month and my year with your comments and votes on "A Christmas Scene"... and I don't have the words to thank you all enough! On another happy note, I received an early Christmas present from my parents today... one of those really kewl (warm) electric space heaters that look like a cast iron wood stove (just little, though) with dancing flames and the whole nine yards... and finally I can stay in this room and dabble in UF without having to sit on one hand and then the other to keep them from freezing! LOL!! I'm lovin' it!! :)

As always, my utmost gratitude goes out to all of you for taking the time to view this latest foray into UF... and huge hugs and thanks for your gracious words on my previous stuff!! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!! :) Helen

Supernally beautiful..like celestial jewels, lit from on high. The coloring is rich and regal, and I love the way the delicately detailed spiral design forms and flows. Outstanding work, Helen!

Awesome and amazing! Textures, colors, forms, and composition all wonderful, the jewel like plant shine brightly as it reflects the desert moonlight, the dry heated air not yet completely cooled. Excellent!*
