Description
This is the house seen in the cartoon on Cartoon Network called, "Courage the Cowardly Dog".
Tell me what you think of the color scheme, lighting, balance, and composition. Thanks,
Enjoy.
I'll upload some models later so I don't clog the gallery.
Enjoy,
Chris

Very wonderfully ethereal and cartoony, and captures the feel of the show. I think the windmill's blades need to be larger, though, and the mill should face away from the house... I think. Otherwise, a great image.

Thanks for the suggestions. Well, since it's a cartoon scene, I didn't really feel the need to make a exact copy, so I rotated it this way so we could see it a bit better. Courage does that a lot. Sometimes a fence, sometimes no fence, etc. I agree with you on the windmill, as I thought of that before also, but never got back to it. Thanks for you comments. I'll show you my model later.

Great job, I like the textures and the design, also the light is great. One note: the horizon is a bit poor, needs some trees, mountains or anything else of this kind. At all a good job. ThanX! ~{o;)

My daughter recognized Eustace right away, and offered that this was cool.

I appreciate the comments everyone. In response to your comment concerning the horizon Kebbelchen, I agree that in most cases mountains, trees, or some other natural barrier would give the scene much more depth and elimate that feeling of infinite space. In this case that is what I want. The farmhouse is Courage the Cowardly Dog is in the middle of Nowhere....there is the house, the windmill, a fence maybe, a little field, something I might have added if this scene was not intended for animation, but nothing more. We have some obvious Courage fans here, so tell me if you think a little added foreground would add or detract from what this picture is trying to accomplish; an accurate 3D representation of Cartoon Network's Courage.
