~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The third upload from my 'Images of Bruges' series shows the 'deep' reflections of the varied brick and tile work on the canalside buildings and the now almost bare branches of the overhanging trees. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Bruges is known as the Venice of the North and has a network of pretty canals and bridges, with many swans, ducks and waterfowl. In the warmer months there are narrow sightseeing boats carrying keen tourists, eagerly snapping photographs. Later in the series, I will be showing you more canalside reflections and some of the impressive ancient architecture. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ For the time being, I wish you all Happy, Healthy and Peaceful Christmas Holidays. ~*~Gordon~*~ ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

wonderful reflections!!! imagining the swans and ducks! i love the architecture!!! i could look at this stuff all day...old buildings, old stuff. so much beauty to be seen. colors of this place...so Christmasy!!!! thanks for gorgeous scene that makes my mind drift!!!
