You are looking at a piece of land slipping through space.
We don't know what galaxy it is in, or system.
It is ice covered, devoid of life, for now or maybe forever.
No name, just a traveler looking for a place to become what it will.
The journey may be long, or it may end in the next 20 seconds.
Things like this are up to chance, time and gravity.
Did Earth start this way? Was Earth once like this strip of real estate?
What will be the outcome for this wandering solar body?
Will it come close to a sun, start a orbit and become in time a livable planet?
It may even come close to another planet and fall into it's gravitational pull.
Maybe even the Earth.
