Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. There are warning signs posted that if you have breathing or heart problems, they recommend that you not visit the sulfur banks.

Sulfur!? Brrrr. Not too good for health although some curing methods can use sulfur. Acid rain etc., it will all cause the landscape and nature to be formed in an unique way. Incredible landscape! rolls eyes Thank you for sharing this beauty!

Phew! I remember that walk well...not the greatest smell in the world and it lingers with you after you leave. Better you than me--but you get so see some neat things here. Very pretty view here!

we have some sulphur creeks nearby... so i know that smell... like the mountain peeking out up there :]
