Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. wow, that's amazing to look at! love the colors of the oozing lava, form the amber glow to the metalic surface! simply an awesome capture and while i appreciate seeing this....DO be careful as not to get all burned up, cause you look damn close to that stuff!!! very well done! and extra thumbs up for the EXTREME factor!!!!

Great composition in this shot. The think cooling crust with the molten rock underneath is a wonder to behold. Looks like our friends near Mt. Saint Helens may be seeing some of this soon too!
