Description
With this image I participated to Renderosity / Corel Painter contest with the theme Love. And I'm sooo happy I won the third prize :-) This great success I want to dedicate to our wonderful 2D Forum, and to all you great friends here! I have learned so much about painting and drawing from you. Thank you!!!
I painted this with Painter and with a bit of help of PhotoShop.

Once more Titta, congrats to the prize. IMO it is the painting in the contest that best illustrated the motto: I love to paint. It is so full of life and joy and at the same time so happily relaxed. The colors are wonderful, I love Kirppu lying so sleepy at you feet. I could go on because I love everything in it. Truely a worthy pricewinner!!!

I love that warm glow and there's so much depth here. That's an amazingly serene expression you captured on her face, deeply focused but calm she's obviously in the "flow"! Great to include Kirppu with her (you?) there too! For me though the crowning element in this has to be the inclusion of your previous works behind her, draped with cloth - it really gives the impression of your works being part of a greater whole. Just beautiful and if I may say with a childlike innocence, the best kind! Thanks Titta hugest hugs :-D

Congratulations on winning 3rd prize, Titta. It's great to see such enthusiasm : the artist engrossed in her work while the second law of dynamics takes its course in the studio, the comforting creek of the favourite chair, and the reassuring warmth of the sleeping dog against ones leg. This wonderful timeless moment so beautifully expressed in your painting.

Wonderful composition and painting. It echoes the history of painting in it's elements but has a very unique personal touch to it. Congrats, well deserved win. (Love the dog!)

This is wonderful, Titta and congratulations, you deserve it. We Poser people are everytime so proud when we did hair or clothes paint, but the real artists are people like you, and you are in your hair or cloth paint 1000 times better than we Poser people!!! Wonderful!!!V

You can read it as a film, novel or poem; or just as a picture that tells us a whole story of an artist with her surroundings and of course Kirppu in it. Touching! All those make it a masterpiece of Art!

Your painting has a Van Gogh feel to it. The image is very original and full of the colors of life. I like it a lot.
