As of April 1, 2006, CameraObscura will continue to feature B&W images but in addition colour photographs, since it will bring to a close but not delete any images at 'camera2' which before featured only and all colour images. While the 'Egmont' gallery remains active for dedications and other forms of art outside of photography.

Hello Egmont, I find your Bay Bridge shot wonderful, the light especially :)) You have been enough lucky to be able to make this shot when driving without having any accident :)) Next time, please, stop your car before taking a photo :)) I love your shots, but don't need you to take such a level of risk to satisfy RR members :)))) Anyway, a wonderful shot :))

ahhhhh...quite an amazing capture that almost looks a bit surreal. dunno why...perhaps it's the feeling of fast motion of the clouds??? regardless, i love this! lighting and shadows are perfect!!!! what a dangerous and daring capture!!!!!

The contrast between sky and buildings is just amazing, what time of day was this taken? I must agree with Sharky, my luck would be a huge truck or bus going past just as I pressed the shutter release! Brilliant framing =)

Egmont..je trouves toujours quelque-chose de particulier dans tes ombres et lumies..ce sont justement les ombres et lumies...''Je res de lumie lorsque je suis dans l'ombre..je suis dans l'ombre parce qu'il y lbas .....la lumie....:) Best recovery wishes from a survivor to you friend!

Now I'm guessing you took this while someone else was driving? Not easy to do! the skyscape is in focus! And the foreground has only a slight blur, due to movement. Nice picture!
