Description
This past Sunday I went to my fathers grave and wept. First time in a year that i had the courage to go. When I was done there was this beautiful Chapel .
I walked in and saw this bench. There was something so purely fantastic about the light there and so I sat down and reflected here.., about my life and rested for a while in the beautiful and glorious soft light .
So taken with my bad camera .. (should be getting a new one at the end of the month..)
Anyways , I did alot of postwork on this one as it was blurry so alot of it is my smugding to try and make it more like how I remember it .. it is a special place ..my Grandfather is also is also buried not far from here.. after losing my Father and my Grandfather my sister had twins and I think of the Lion King circle of life song.
I am sorry I havnt been able to come on here much , I am needing to rest as I have an abcessed tooth and am needing to heal with anitibiotics this week but i think of you all on here .This place has a special place in my heart...I know it is virtual but it seems more than that. The human soul can come out in ways through Art that is differant than anyword.. and its a powerful thing...
so If i cant comment too much right now its cause I am needing to rest the moiter light hurts my eyes as I am in pain... will be back Soon as possible...

Dear Kimarie, take care of the tooth!!!! That can be VERY dangerous! Those are really nasty infections and can affect a whole lot of other things much worse than just a tooth. Stay on the antibiotics until you have taken all of them - even if the pain goes away, finish the entire series! And now "Momma" Meredith will shut up and get back to the business at hand. This is a lovely picture and it is so enhanced by the emotionly display you have for this place. It's become a special place for you - as you have become a special person for us! I think back when my GrandMother had past away, we were very close, as she was the one who had raised me, when she died i was living out of state, and I think about how scared I was to drive up there to go to the furneal, why i was so scared i don't know, I guess it was just the reality of it all, and how the last 5 years of her life I was away from her........but anyway very Bueatiful painting, and hopefuly you will find peace now , from what ever kept you away from your fathers grave, our prayers are with you, and take care of that tooth my friend..........V.....John
