Description
This past Sunday I went to my fathers grave and wept. First time in a year that i had the courage to go. When I was done there was this beautiful Chapel .
I walked in and saw this bench. There was something so purely fantastic about the light there and so I sat down and reflected here.., about my life and rested for a while in the beautiful and glorious soft light .
So taken with my bad camera .. (should be getting a new one at the end of the month..)
Anyways , I did alot of postwork on this one as it was blurry so alot of it is my smugding to try and make it more like how I remember it .. it is a special place ..my Grandfather is also is also buried not far from here.. after losing my Father and my Grandfather my sister had twins and I think of the Lion King circle of life song.
I am sorry I havnt been able to come on here much , I am needing to rest as I have an abcessed tooth and am needing to heal with anitibiotics this week but i think of you all on here .This place has a special place in my heart...I know it is virtual but it seems more than that. The human soul can come out in ways through Art that is differant than anyword.. and its a powerful thing...
so If i cant comment too much right now its cause I am needing to rest the moiter light hurts my eyes as I am in pain... will be back Soon as possible...

I have a folder on my harddisk for "The most fantastic photographic artwork" I have seen .. and I just took the liberty to copy your image to this folder. It is so fantastic beautiful, and you really made a wonderful job making it soft and dreamlike.. for me you dont need a better camera, since what you do in postwork makes it better that any camera could capture - honestly. Kimarie, this is a fantastic work of art. I love the lighting and the composition and contrast, just perfect. I am sorry for both your grief and your pain, I can understand and sympathize completely. This is special and perfect! I wish I could go to such a place to reflect. It brought back alot of memories for me, as well. I can't wait to see what you are going to do with a different camera when what you do with what you have is so awesome.
