Description
Another photo similar to the first. I felt that the color version just wasn't dramatic enough, so I toned it and pushed the levels a bit. This is a different lake from the first, one in Lake Worth Floida. It is a Tuesday afternoon, but you can see people in their boats out enjoying the warm weather.

I really like this alot. I think your coloring and levels are perfect with that sky and it feels just the way it would normally look. (maybe through sunglasses). This is a great pic. KP

well, i LOVED the first one and as for the drama in that one...i think you nailed it...at least for me anyway. in that first one, it was more of a enchanting, magical day. this one is quite beautiful and stunning in its own right...just a different mood. this one feels more romantic or even more like a time to just sit and reflect. the other was more joyful and whimsical. the sky opening up is incredible, but it's the silhoutted trees overhanging the golden water that does it for me i think! :) sigh...both of these images reflect for me what life is all about...enjoying the moments, as many of them as we can, and capturing as many of them on our cam so we can look back and remember.

Ah Yes.... wasn't that long ago I remember seeing scenes like this......but back to (grim) reality now. This is a brilliant photo here! I like the intensity of the toning you used- its just right! Have you experimented with any other colors for toning? I think this would look awesome using maybe a deep or darker blue.
