Description

To me this beautiful flower looked to be a delicate little hide-away in which a faerie could reside. No one seemed to be at home at the moment of this shot however. I do hope you enjoy it and next time maybe I'll catch one of those magical little creatures at home. I used my Pentax Optio MX4 and PSP 9.0 and Adobe Photo Shop Elements for a little postwork. :-) (((Hugs))) and thank you for your kind comments on my previous picture. ~*~maggie~*~

Oh wow my favorite iris!! I agree I've always thought they would be a wonderful place for faes. We used to have millions it seemed like of iris coming up everywhere around here. My father kept digging up moms iris bed and replanting around trees and things. About all thats left now are a few patches. A lot of them got covered up when we expanded the lake dam and made it higher and wider. But I do have some lavender and white ones blooming and yellow and a few white. I love iris one of my most fav flowers and this pic.. Is just beautiful!! A great shot of a beautiful flower.

Lovely work Maggie, we have some Iris' in the garden too except they are purple! I am going out right now to inspect for faes who may be having a lie in as it's only 8.10am and I might just catch a glimpse! LOL!!! 'C Yer! Alan. xxx
