Description
First and foremost, I would like to wish all of my friends across the "ditch" in the United States a safe and happy Independence Day! To everyone else... happy Festivus for the rest of us... lol! The episode of Seinfeld where Frank Costanza made up that holiday has always been one of my favourites... ;)
This image was created in UF3 with the border and sig added in PSP. I must have rendered it six or seven times with different colored backgrounds but it's a little too... I don't know... there's a bit too much going on for it to live in harmony on anything but black. There are a couple of masking layers... and for once I really could have used Red Williams cloning UFX... but it continues to baffle me. If any of you pros ever feel like outlining the basics of that mapping formula, I would be eternally grateful! (I'll put you on my Christmas gift list, too... but please keep in mind that I'm as poor as a church mouse)... ;) (Okay, Jack... this would be a good time to play Eleanor Rigby on that new Ukelele... lol)
As always, my sincere thanks to all of you for your viewing time and wonderful words of encouragement on previous works I've uploaded... and thanks ever so much for having a peek at this one. Hugs! Helen :)

Happy Festivus to you! I still haven't got my uke yet but I know alot about them now. I played a couple this weekend but can't decide whether or not to get one with electronics in it. I know I'll be recording with it so I probably should just get it wired and not worry about it. Eleanor Rigby would be quite a challenge but for you I'll give it a try. Actually I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how I want to do it and all I can say is it won't be all ukeleles! Really nice depth to this picture. Maybe those Canadian geese got startled by something (an electic uke?)and flew up into the sunset. Very cool looking!

Helen this is so beautiful! I love the red and gold! Also the satiny texture! A very exotic looking fractal! Leanndra

Actually, Helen, this is a goldfish with fashion sense. My grandmother wore one on her white pant suit in 1970. Known as a Faberge Fish.
