Description

The neighbors across the road have gone away for a week and left me in charge of their menagerie of critters. This includes two cats, one chenille bunny, three budgies, two Chinese Beta fish and a two-foot long Bearded Dragon lizard named Bernard. Bernard is one very laid back dude... handsome as all get out, too... and he seems very wise in an ancient sort of way. Sage is more the word I'm looking for. He follows every movement I make with his eye (well... possibly with both eyes but I can only ever see the one that's pointed in my general direction) as though he's cataloguing the execution of my duties in order to report back to his "people" when they return. ;) I was thinking of Bernard when I created this image in UF3. It reflects his graceful movements.... his exotic lineage... and his elegant stature.

Sincerest thanks to all of you for your views and most welcomed comments on my previous uploads... and thank you for taking the time to have a peek at this one. Hugs! Helen :)

Exotic. But our famous zoo here in Omaha has many such lizards and dragons lolling about (or not), and narry a one one of them draws my curiosity as much as this amazing image.

That's a great story for an EXCELLENT image. Very elegant. Oh, and while you might think him wise as he follows every move you make, I think it might be more like, "Ummm...dinner!!!" I think I would keep a safe distance. =^}

Helen, If this beautiful fractal is an indication of Bernard's handsome profile, he indeed must be very handsome! This fractal is superb, so elegant, (as are all of your renderings). It is such a fun image too! Most excellent Lady! Leanndra

While I might admire Bernard from afar I think he would be really scary up close. I think this image really captures the spirit of him and his lineage, beautiful and eye catching work.

Outstanding and detailed piece of Art. I love the delicate intricacy and and how you interlaced the jolly story of Bernard. The word sage is just perfect, they are old old and wise beyond time.
