Jose Silva (i hope i got that right) posted a wonderful remapped P2 figure that is just right for me since I haven't the money to replace my kerosene powered IBM XT with a machine that can run P5. I got going with some morphs to coax some expression from "her" since the body was just great as-is and i even got "her" mouth pried open... though I had to give her false teeth (with could use a better texture). Probably some good glass eyes would be in order too... but pretty cool huh? One can't seem to pose the fingers directly, but you can make a hand pose on a hand figure and then aply it to the P2 figure here straight from the hand pose library. Needs aureola dialation I think but I can never get that right. These figures take textures of photos of faces much better than later figures since they are pretty ortho I guess and the features they map to are smoother.

This is the Poser 2 Nude Woman remapped with a big face texture and given a transmapped lashes prop shown in this image without post-work... the texture here is my slight mod. The figure was uploaded by Jose Silva sometime last week to Freestuff but his membername is some crazy assortment of alphanuemerics, search "P2" and it should come up. I have no web host to post my morph .cr2 for the figure. Main problem now is the figure has no toe nails, but it is a great bod and poses FAST.

Pretty cool! I think a lot of us have gone a bit too far in equating higher mesh density with better figure structure. I have been playing around a bit with the Poser 4 Lo figures. They do render very fast! Much more efficient. (If you have P5 and really want to see the cloth room in action, use cloth with a low poly figure....) I would like to see some lower polygon characters with better joint handling, though. I only need higher resolution for better bending and a range of facial expressions.... Try using the V3 joint setter on the P2 figure, and see what happens.... Works halfway well with the Poser 4 Lo woman, with a little toggling. Okay, you have to cut the mesh to add buttocks....

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

Pretty good. The belly and the chest could do with some magnets. i'll give her a go when finisshed with the P4-Lo female. The texture seems OK. Tony

Update for Cage Why add buttocks. I never understood their purpose. Help on this one please Tony

The P2 body is just beauty but with all that definition I wanted to see if it was possible to put some flesh on it. I added nipple props since I can't figure out nipple morphs at all. I have not made eye props but did get morphs for blinks and look left and right anyway but the eye surfaces are still cudgy up close. I haven't been msg'd back by Silva and can't find a site if he has one.
