Subject: Different bodypiercing question

So I've parented an eyebrow ring to her head, but raising/lowering her eyebrow doesn't move the ring. How do get the ring to move with the eyebrow. And I'm planning to put 2-3 more rings.

The problem here is that the ring is parented to the head, there is no eyebrow to parent it to. So, when you raise the eyebrow, the position reference for the ring doesn't change - it's still parented at XYZ, even though the eyebrow is now at XYZ1 The only fix I can think of for this would be to physically move the rings up to the new eyebrow position. Could you define the Eyebrow as a new material with the Grouping Tool, and parent the ring to it then? I haven't played a lot with the grouping tool, so I'm not sure if it can work this way or not...
