i modeled the skirt in rhino and did the cuts and names for the parts. did the uv mapping part of it then used p-wizard to do the conforming. it conforms fine sort of but i get a problem with it when i do conform it to v2 to test. i end up with a slight jagged edge on each side of the center peice. i used isop's mermaid dress for the cr2. please understand im a noobie with this and am still learning. the first picture shows the little jagged parts i get when i conform it.

The problem in the top image depends on how you cut the model up, it may just be the long hip problem poser has, if you remove IK and then zero Vicky and the problem goes away then thats most likely it....can you send me the obj and i can take a look and let you know where the problem is and if it needs it recut it and send it back, its easier to do that so you can see it than try to explain ;o)....Steve

I think it is the way rhino meshes a split surface. It triangulates the edges, maintaining great accuracy but giving poser a hard time keeping the edges welded. My suggestion is to export from rhino without splitting the model, then import into uvmapper and do your grouping there. Some people use the grouping tool in poser to make the groups, but I have an easier time doing it in uvmapper.

Blade, i was looking at uvmapper to do it. but wasnt sure and i dont know how either. only thing i have even known of uv mapper doing is making the uv map for textures. although i do see that you can select by groups. steve i sent you an im thanks all
