I've decided to start trying to work with poser again,.. I got vicki 3 and various other acessorys,.. and the problem Im having is getting any morphs Im applying to show up,.. I load vicky 3 then click on VV and nothing,.. I got to vick3's own morph library click on something nothing (Aside from the vary minor morphs such as eye color and lip color) morphs that change the characteristics dont seem to be doing anything,... well any help to this would be much appreciated :P

First, you say you're using V3 with VV, by that, I assume you mean VV 2003? If so, you have to load the deformers from the Props library before anything will work. Next, the other morphs... Are you loading them? They're all in the Pose library, and have to be applied (injected) to the V3 figure before before they will take effect.

Ok! For V3, you need to "INJECT" Morphs by way of Pose files. There's 2 basic sets of INJ poses you must buy to get any kind of MTs for V3: Body & Head(At Daz). Once you have those, you simply INJect the Morphs you need or all of them(If you have a Strong putter!). Marco

First thing to do is to make sure you have all the current updates . We are at 1.1 I believe. Next is what V3 are you useing ? Victoria 3 sr1 ? They made allot of changes to V3 so it might not load right if you do not have the current updates. Try loading all morphs to the head and playing with the dials to see if the injections work. If you try to load a file from the face room its possible it wont work because you do not have the right morphs injected .

Oh what your saying is,.. I have to use !DAZ V3 INJ's then I can click on vv2k3 and it'll work? :P

Oh! You're talking about applying VV Magnets system to V3! I would check the readme! Cause, i think it was intended for V1-2, not V3. But, maybe it works on V3 also! But, you still need to inject MTs to V3. Marco

No, not at all, blarghd. I said you have to load the VV2003 deformers from the Props library if you want VV2003 to work. The other morphs have to be loaded if you want any of V3's "regular" morphs to work.

heh Ok,.. I was missing a step thanks sam,... I was just going to the section of pose where it talked bout morphs/inj's I didnt know/think to look under props ok,.. cool,.. it worked,.. and umm marco vv2k3 I mentioned was VV 2003 for vicki 1/2-3 just and just to be clear for future reference,.. the new way with vicky to be modified she has to have the ability to be modded injected into her? say I wanted to load a MT that I downloaded for vicki3 that changed her general shape,.. I would for instance click on inj all morphs then load the morph I wanted? Im not sure if Im saying clearly the way im thinking anyways,.. I got a general Idea of what I did wrong now,.. thanks for the Quick Response all of you,.. no more then 2mintues after posting I get helpful replys thank you :) :P Blarghd :P

Morphs for V3 sometimes need the morph paks from DAZ to be loaded onto the figure, others are completely custom made. The docs that come with the one you're using should tell you. It always pays to RTFM. ;)

Well you generally do not want to inject all the morohs . Makes a really big file to work with and render. Useally if the product you bought is good it comes with a pose file that will inject the needed morphs by one click of a button. The idea of V3 is to have a empty model and a fully loaded one. You only use the full one to play with and make stuff then write down the morphs you used and make that one from the empty .

well thats a Great Idea in theory tasquah but not all the files are "Good",... but reply wasnt to put down some morphs it was just to say thanks,.. and sam as taquah was saying good ones make it easy but not all the files you download have anymore then a cr2 and a rsr (NO docs) so you cant always RTFM :P hence why places like this are around :P anyways thanks for all the responses
