Cross posted...I know what you're talking about now. That's a beautiful rendering, by the way. Lovely. thank you for posting. I couldn't just hide her leg. She needed to have part of it revealed. It was the skirt staying in the wrong position that was the problem. But I see this new handle business is going to take some getting used to. :)
I struggled with this, too. Body Handles just boggled me a bit. It helps if you turn on "Full Tracking" (Display > Tracking > Full Tracking -or- Shift+Ctrl+C) while you're posing the skirt. Since this is a bit of a resource hog to have on full-time, you may want to turn it off after you've got the skirt in position. -Nancy.

ps. for anyone not knowing what we are talking about in regards to bodyhandles this is a pic. By selecting the cone called "Skirt"(see dials on right) you can pose the skirt without relocating the hip. See this link for more info on what a bodyhandle is. They are made invisible at rendertime. Regards, Anton PSS:if someone wants to do some tutorials on the dress or bodyhandles, Daz Arcana does give $10 daz bucks for tutorials. SOme people are making quite a bit of money with tutorials.-Anton, creator of

I didn't realize DAZ offered ANY documentation . Seriously, though, many of the products I've bought here in Renderosity have offered very nice documentation. This has sometimes swayed me into buying them. At DAZ, the opposite is true. Unless the product is really, really unusual, I've often been swayed NOT to buy it because I know I'll have to go hunting through Renderosity forums to find how to use it. And up until DAZ recently included readmes, I had trouble finding DAZ files on my system unless I wrote down the file location from their first install screen. Renderosity products included this from the start. My products have good documentation. But then, I used to be a technical writer ;)

I can conform the dress all right without everything sticking out, but when I go to pose Vicky 3, she comes out of the dress below the waist (yes, I know that's every straight man's dream but I'm not a guy). How do you get the bottom half of the dress to conform properly to cover her legs? Does this thing have to be morphed for positions? I'm definitely lost. Sorry, I know the answer is probably simple but I've missed the obvious. As usual. Any help would be appreciated.
