Awesome! Looks great. The clouds and the lighting are excellent. Even though it's still pixelated the cars texture also looks like it's going to be really good. I think the final version might be a killer. Why are you all suddenly getting so good at this brycing?

Thanks everyone! I've played with it a little, moved the camera angle just a tad, fixed the areas I wanted to. I'm doing what I hope will be a final render now. And, Rayraz? Part is because I upgraded my memory and I can put more things in a scene now without killing my computer but the biggest part is this forum. Sometimes I feel like I spend more time reading and trying things than actually working on images. Every time someone posts a new technique or effect I go running off to figure it out. Now all I have to do is figure out how to use all those techniques! :o) Seriously, if it wasn't for this forum, I'd never have gotten this far along....it's better than any book out there.
Great image, composition, dramatism. I love it!

Ok, I'm finally far enough along to ask for critiques on this. This is not a complete render but it's far enough along to let you see what I'm doing. I've got 7-8 radial lights, a couple of volumetric clouds, and DOF going and it's going to take forever to render it looks like. ~sigh~ Now I understand everyone's request for a new Bryce to have a faster renderer. So. The one thing I'm going to fix is pull the debris that's in the water on the right more towards the center. When I changed the lighting, it darkened that area and it can't be seen now. Something I'm not happy with is the way the tree on the left looks like it's in the cloud. They're not even close but the illusion is there. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? When I raise the cloud, it throws everything off for some reason, at least to my eye. If I lower the tree, will it look out of proportion to the other trees on that side then? Would it be better to change the camera angle so it's a little lower and looking up a little? (I guess I could lower *everything* to separate them...) Are there any critiques, suggestions, hints, bad words, good words for me? :o) As ever, I really appreciate everyone's input. Without it, I can't learn. Thanks! :o) Susan
