Um, my order history is gibberish. The only thing there is the total and the order number. The status column in the list of orders alternates between filled and the number of items in the order. (deleted by RBH means something I've scrubbed):

Okay. Harassing letter sent to the webmaster as well. "I'd never join a club that would have me as a member" takes on a whole new meaning. :( That soft, sobbing sound you hear is the webmaster thinking about what was going to be their Memorial Day weekend.

Actually, I feel in proud company. I wonder who exactly is not having problems with their Platinum Club membership. No one has spoken up yet.

Aha! I sent an email to sales@daz3d.com LESS that 10 minutes ago (right before I made the other post in this thread) and now I have PC membership in my available downloads at Daz. Service??? Ahh, this is SERVICE!!! :)

I spoke too soon... Now I have to figure out how to activate this thing... It's not a download, so I can't dl it... It's sitting in the Active Downloads/PSN box... Anyone have this same thing and can figure it out?

I'm in the Platinum Club again! Damn, I was actually enjoying being part of this cozy "minority" and was looking forward to our first support group meeting... Well, thanks anyway, DAZ, good work restoring the account so quickly!

For those of you getting your PC membership restored, are you sure its activated? On my account page, I have "Available Downloads and Product Serial Numbers File Name Product Name Date Downloads Expire D/L Attempts Remaining Link Platinum Club Annual Membership Platinum Club Annual Membership 10/15/2003 at 00:00:00 - -" But the PC membership isn't activated. If I attempt to put a PC-exclusive item in my cart, it tells me "Sorry, but the item you are requesting can only be ordered if you have a Platinum Club Annual Membership." I am logged in and all.

I was a bit fast. The Platinum Club works, but I had to log out and in again to make it work. But the bank account card I've used before doesn't work now for some reason, and I'm sure there is money in the account. Ah well ....

The good news is, I'm Platinum again. The bad news is, the Plat discount isn't being figured in properly. Just as a test, I ordered the Anne Marie clone and put it in my basket. Now, it used to be that I'd get an additional discount for DAZ original products. That discount did NOT show up. (Unless that one product is exempt for some strange reason. A humorous minor issue is that if I order something then decide I don't want it and change the quantity to 0, the product stays in my basket. I just don't get charged for it. It would be nice if it disappeared entirely. Time to go a-harassing again.

I have the same problem. The only discount that is applied is the normal discount for new items. The 30% additional discount on Daz products for Platinum Club members is not detracted. I wanted to buy the new flip hair, guess I'll have to wait again.

Orio, The discounts don't show up on your order until the very final page (right before you actually submit your order). You have to enter your pymnt information and click "complete order" and then on the next page, you'll see your discounts applied. The checkout page is being rewritten, btw, to make it more intuitive, right now it's just one long page and I don't like it at all. Try actually going through to the very final page to see if your discount gets applied or not, ok? Then email me with your result. Thanks, Steve steve@daz3d.com

well. my PC is back, but no 30% PC disc. on DAZ products...and Anne Marie Goddard is now being sold...but a bit pricey..

The PC discount is there but it don't show up til you get to the very last page or the checkout but one thing that's STILL missing is any form of entering off line payment info :-(

Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.
