Can anyone aid me in this? I'm trying to subtract a boolean difference from a poser figure. The figure imports fine. Then when I apply a difference (cylinder), the textures turn nearly transparent, ie- it is possible to see where every joint in the body "hinges" etc. I have tried importing as a single mesh- no joy. I have even tried isolating the affected area, cutting, deleting and pasting the cut sections back then taking the difference from that area. (It's the upper neck of a mike figure). It makes no difference if I combine the pieces as a group or if I make a union out of them, I still get this weird funking up of the textures. I've attached a picture of the two cut and pasted sections. n the left is the original, on the right is the original with a "bloody hunk" taken out of it. I'd rather not try to fix it with postwork, although that may be the only recourse. Any help would be appreciated.Dr. Nash.
