hi guys hope you can help me out with this. i am having trouble with the injection pose builder. background: i have made faces for V3 before using IPB, it worked well. I made a face for M3 also a month ago and it was working ok. I have installed the necessary updates for both the IPB and M3. problem: i cant seem to get it going now. when i make faces on IPB, and then apply them from the drop down menu, M3's face does not change at all. it remains at default but the dials show injection poses and the values. even when i move the dials noting is happening. what did i do wrong?

I had the same problem but the IPB was not pointing to M3 and I didn't see that for a while. I uninstalled (delete) and reinstalled everything with the updates then it worked correctly.

From what you describe, it sounds as if you are not selecting 'Michael 3' in the 'Figure' dialog (F2) prior to processing the face file. The default option is 'Victoria 3', as such IPB is using an internal dictionary containing file paths that are specific to the selected figure, Victoria 3. The resultant pose is likely injecting delta information as it should, the problem, however, is that it is information specific to Victoria 3. -Rob

I just got it to work by re-installing IPB and the patch over the old one and it worked just fine. Just make sure that you install the patch IMMEDIATEly after installing the base program. Do it before you open ANY cr2's or anything.
