Well, I Exported The Fantasy3 Hair Unchecking All Since It Has No Object. I Then Mapped It At 600x600x300dpi. Took It Into Painter6 And Attempted To Follow Kazaburo's Tutorial On Hair. Well, The First Time I Did It (Left) Looked Like I Was Going in The Right Direction. But After Trying The Second Time And Thinking I Really Had a Good One...You Can See It Looks Like Complete Crap. (Right Image) Not Sure What I Am Doing Wrong, But Thanks For Any Help You Might Offer.

hmmmm.. the first one looks good.. If you applied several of the same hairs to her head it might fill it out more. on the second I can't see the transmap really well did you apply trans Min and Max in the properties? Storm

How big are your maps? For something this big you are goung to need a pretty big map, 3000 x 2000 pixels at least. The DPI is meaningless, as is the size of the template you make in UV Mapper - it is the actual maps that have to be big. Also bear in mind the limitations of trans mapping a single surface mesh - if an area is transparent, what is going to show underneath?

Thanks Storm! I'll Keep Trying. No I Didn't use Both Min And Max Thanks Jim! I've Tried a Couple. The One I Am Working With Now Is 600x600 As I Posted Earlier. With Much Help This Morning From Rkane I Got Some Good Tips. Suggestions On Layers (Might Help With What's Underneath)I Got A Slightly Better Effort. See New Post Please. Thanks You Two Again
