Subject: obj prop problems

Imported this obj file and applied a texture, but I get these diamond things. How do I get rid of them? Thanks.

Is it P4 or P5? My first guess is that you have inverted normals playing havoc with the texture. Try using the Poser grouping tool or UVMapper to fix the normals. Hope that helps, Cres

I've also seen this some times if the object is double sided or if there are two planes too close together. If you've used two plans to simulate thickness either move them further apart or (and this saves memory) delete the inner vertices, you cna't see them when the object is on a poser figure anyway andleaving the edges still gives the illusion of thickness. mike
