Subject: Download Failed

I purchased Catharina's Michael #3 texture and the purchase went through just fine but when I clicked the download button it said the download file was corrupt. I have contacted her but don't know if she can help because it is through the store. Anyway, the texture is paid for but I can not get it downloaded. Never had problems with Zygote or any other download purchase, so............HELP :)
