It is a good plug in. I been using it for a long time. Somewhere I just posted this same link in an ealier thread. Good reminder though.

Might be good to add this link to the resource section for future reference! L8r! Joe

yeah, i think i remember that now, Doug. Kemal has had this one for a long time, and he has a lot of other cool plug-ins. I get a bit overwhelmed when i have too many things to learn at once. I was ready for something new. I still have played with this yet but i'm looking forward to experimenting on this one image i need some help with. yeah, that's cool that you can customize them, Joe. might be nice to have something in the resource section about neat plug-ins that everyone uses with links on where to download them. maybe we already have that though but i don't recall seeing that.

PC only?!? Bummer. I lost most of my plug-ins when upgrading to PSCS. This looks like a good one. Anyone know of any good free ones for MAC and OSX?

It looks like it could have some serious applications though.

It just grates a tiny bit that nobody has mentioned just what the plug-in does. Somebody searching on Renderosity maybe isn't going to see this thread.

AntoniaTiger ( ) posted Sun, 27 February 2005 at 8:32 AM

OK, just to help the searchers in the future... It's a plug-in with general support for adjust digital images to look more like film photographs, and getting a lot of other effects depending on contrast, colour shifts, film grain, and the like. It has the abilitry to save plug-in settings to allow an effect to be repeated, and there are free downloads of many such pre-sets. It looks, for instance, to be a good way of converting colour to monochrome, either black and white or faking chemical processes such as sepia toning. Is that good enough a description?

Works for me. :)
