I'm waiting too. I bought P5 only a couple weeks ago.
I sent fax info to them on Monday and Tori over there said it would be a couple of days. I have since emailed her back and have not received a response. Who told you another week? Did you hear back from CL? Edit: I just emailed them again. I'll post any response I get from them. -E

This is the first I've heard of this. I bought my Poser5 early in the year. What a fiasco! Replacing it would be the least they could do.
Has anyone found a direct e-mail to curiouslabs?
Their web based contact page is the most evasive means of contact I've ever seen on the net and it's completely unsecured. Not a sign of a real e-mail to be found.

I gotta say this is starting to tick me off! The first few days I can understand you know, wanting to save the bandwidth for people who paid for the product. Now, however, it's been over a week and I don't get what the holdup is. Are we not also customers? I hate the fact that I was told the codes would be available yesterday and even after emailing them I get no response for 2 days. It sucks to have to wait. It sucks more to be left in the dark. Why don't they just put something up on their website or answer the damned email!? Maybe it's just me but I think this sucks!

I know people that ordered the DL version have it already and the people that got the box are still waiting for it to be shipped but is anyone else waiting on CL to get back to them about the free P6SE, for those who bought P5 around the begining of the year, or am I the only one? Last week I was told it would be this wednesday, today, and yesterday when I got the fax information I was told it won't be for another week.
