Subject: 45 day P5 to P6 free upgrade

I know people that ordered the DL version have it already and the people that got the box are still waiting for it to be shipped but is anyone else waiting on CL to get back to them about the free P6SE, for those who bought P5 around the begining of the year, or am I the only one? Last week I was told it would be this wednesday, today, and yesterday when I got the fax information I was told it won't be for another week.

I'm waiting too. I bought P5 only a couple weeks ago.

I sent fax info to them on Monday and Tori over there said it would be a couple of days. I have since emailed her back and have not received a response. Who told you another week? Did you hear back from CL? Edit: I just emailed them again. I'll post any response I get from them. -E

Nothing since I received the email about where to fax my receipt to. I am going to send an email to make sure they received my fax.

I sent an email to ask if they got my fax and I never got an answer. Let us know if you hear anything

45 days from the release date so I believe the 5th of February, maybe the 6th.

Nothing new today so hopefully tomorrow. There cant be to many people out there doing this upgrade so how hard is it to look at a fax and then tell someone to send out a cupon to the person for ordering P6?

I agree! At the very least, how hard is it to reply to an email just to say "Yes, I got the fax and here is when you can download" I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.

This is the first I've heard of this. I bought my Poser5 early in the year. What a fiasco! Replacing it would be the least they could do.

Has anyone found a direct e-mail to curiouslabs?
Their web based contact page is the most evasive means of contact I've ever seen on the net and it's completely unsecured. Not a sign of a real e-mail to be found.

They talk about the 45 day thing in the Pre-order FAQ. I have not had a problem with the the web based contact page at all. When I first used it to ask them about it, I got a reply within 2 hours and the second time was less than 30 min.

I agree. I had not had any trouble using the web contact page. It's been more than 24 hours without a response now though. I can appreciate they are busy, I would just like to know what's going on.

Well, I just heard back from CL and the codes will be available on Tuesday. Gonna be tough to wait out the weekend but I still got P5 to work with and maybe I can get some subD done :) anyway, there's the update

Putting your e-mail address on a U N S E C U R E D web page is ok???? Then why even bother with things like firewalls either?

All I needed was a direct e-mail address. Sheeeesh...nevermind.

They aren't asking for address and SS# just an email and a name. You can use any name. I dont see a need for SSL. But, since you asked, try clservice@curiouslabs.com

Ya'll who qualify are lucky. My hubby ordered me p5 for my birthday....on Jan. 31, the day before poser 6 was announced. I miss out by 5 days.

I gotta say this is starting to tick me off! The first few days I can understand you know, wanting to save the bandwidth for people who paid for the product. Now, however, it's been over a week and I don't get what the holdup is. Are we not also customers? I hate the fact that I was told the codes would be available yesterday and even after emailing them I get no response for 2 days. It sucks to have to wait. It sucks more to be left in the dark. Why don't they just put something up on their website or answer the damned email!? Maybe it's just me but I think this sucks!
