Use the Group tool (box just to the left of the Bone tool) to create groups of polygons associated with bones. The Setup Room does not require you to import OBJs with layers/split parts. Please refer to the Setup Room chapter in the Pro Pack User Guide. It explains how to set up the figure in great detail. I know- I wrote it! :-) Anthony Hernandez Senior Techincal Writer Curious LabsIf it has 4 limbs and wings, try loading the dog or horse skeleton and positioning the bones to fit your model. You can then select a parent bone (chest or abdomen, probably) and add bones to the wings. Draw bones on both sides, position bones on one side of the figure and use symmetry to apply the settings to the other side. Saves time and ensures that both sides of your model behave the same. You may need to specify rotation orders, falloff, zones, etc. to get it exactly right, but the Setup Room will save you a lot if time over having to do everything manually. Anthony

Hi. I'm getting ready to make this little guy I have poseable. I have Pro Pack so it's supposed to be pretty easy. I used Rhino to model the guy. Ok, I split the body parts and set them in separate layers in rhino like you're supposed to do. I then exported them all as an OBJ. I take it into Poser Pro and create the bones perfectly. What do I do after that? I tried everything but can figure out for the life of me what to do. Please help or point me to some Pro Pack tutorials? Thanks :)
