Dr Geep made a tut about Sketch Designer, explaining which setting does what. I don't think you can go any better with it, but maybe try to use some pre-defined presets ? Over at Animotions' Freestuff there's a nice pack of Sketch Designer presets. I had very little luck myself with that thing. I got one pic at my gallery as an experiment, but I guess it was a failure. Interesting, yes, but not as good as I hoped.

Another thing I've found useful/helpful is to render the image first, and then import it to the work area as a background, deleting or making invisible all figures in the foreground, and running the sketch designer on that. I've gotten some really interesting effects that way. bonni

What I am trying to achieve is an output of a character where there is a complete outline, and complete black lines for the object's jawline, eyes mouth etc.
I've tried different sketch perameters in the Sketch Designer window, such as turning off hatching in 'objects' and lengthening stroke and density in 'Edges' but the best I come up with is the example here.
Is it possible to get clean lines for the complete outlines and for facial features?
Cheers MIke.
