Subject: Anyone else getting problems with Content Paradise checkout?

So, I finally decided to upgrade to Poser6 since it's now at $99, but I was at Content Paradise web site and 3 times I tried to checkout to make a purchase. I waited 15 minutes each time. Eh, maybe I shouldn't be making purchases at 12:30am PDT. Might as well go to sleep. My project can wait tomorrow.

I only know that I have Firefox at work and I can enter ok in checkout; at home I have IE and I couldnt enter, then I installed Firefox and I can access ok with it as at work

It was working well for me, then I went back for more and it stop responding when I tried to checkout the 2nd time.

Hi, well I found it doesn't work at all well in explorer, so having a mac, I use safari instead and it works fine. Love esther

Well I didn't have that kind of problem really. I reacently made my 1st purchase from there and the placing an order was a bit complex but then it took 5 days to approve my credit card trans before I could download the product. It's the same card I use at DAZ, Rendo, other 3D sites with no problem. I think they still have a little tweaking to do on the store part. BTW: Don't order in the middle of the night!! LOL! That's what I tend to do , then I stay up too late playing with my new toys,hehe.

Anybody been able to get the Labor Day weekend coupon to work? I think I've tried every permutation of caps/lower case, with & without quotes (it should work without them) but it doesn't recognize it as valid. :(

Didn't work last time either. I had trouble with the store and they assured me that it was on my end, even though I never had a problem there before. Finally got it to work with firefox. Marque

Just went to get the miki hair fits and it tells me my card is new and has never been used on their site. Only card I've used there and I was logged in. I don't feel very comfortable there anymore. Marque

Well, about an hour ago, got past the checkout screen, but got an error after clicking the confirm button. Got to a php access denied error screen. Maybe the store doesn't work at late night or I'm not meant to get Poser 6. shrug Did nothing new from previous night. Used my Windows 2000 system with Firefox 1.06. This system stays on and had no other problems with other web pages. eh. shrug

Alrighty, then. Yesterday, as suggested in other threads about problems with e-frontier, I cleared my shopping cart and then re-added Poser 6 Upgrade into shopping cart. And was able to go past checkout and confirmation. And bam, purchased and downloaded. It would have been nice if I'd learned of the solution from e-frontier instead of reading from others of their problems. >:-( I still have 3 e-mails that had no responses. The last one I rhetorically asked if my e-mails are somehow blacklisted to /dev/null. meh. shrug
