Subject: Request for reset of old purchase

Hi!, on 10/28/05, I purchased RTproductions M3/M2 Mountain Man product. My Poser 5 totally crashed and I cannot locate a backup copy of that item in my backup disks. When I went back to download it from my Past Purchases list, I noticed that there were no more downloads available. Would you be kind enough to reset it for me, please? Thanks!

They should all be available for download even if the merchant is no longer with us or if the product is no longer available in the MarketPlace. I do recommend archiving all purchases once DL'ed ... just in case. :) Ok - Your downloads have been reset. Thanks for shopping with us. Clint PS - I deleted your list of products. Your purchase history doesnt need to be made general knowledge.
