The big pic is all ten morphs at a setting of 0.1 each. In other words, an equal mix of the whole lot. I should have mentioned that, sorry :o) And then I just let it smile :o) Babies are so adorable when they smile... (and I found myself smiling stupidly at my computer. Apparently it's a hardwired reaction to smiling people, I've noticed it before...)

sigh Now I gotta go figure out where I hid IE so I can access the website. Looks like a great freebie tho! :) Kate

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Sat, 17 December 2005 at 12:22 PM

Uh? You shouldn't need IE to get to my website O_o I wouldn't touch IE with a ten foot pole personally... What's the problem? And what browser are you using? I'm using Firefox myself... And the onlt problem I SOETIMES have is the jave-imageshifter thingie sometimes beinng a little slow at loading. If my server supported SSI, I'd remove it... but... at the moment it's the only way I know if getting images to shift like this :o) Let me know if you (or anybody else) keeps having problems so I can attempt to fix it :o)

Hehehe Baby Snape.. Sev has never BEEN a baby... I mean.. Can you picture a baby with a hooked nose?! Right? Of course, he would have been an ADORABLE baby sigh (though I'd rather want to have HIS baby giggle)

Ok, I managed to grab it and it's a great freebie, but I did have to use IE instead of netscrap 7.x The problem: When I click to enter the site it shuts down my browser and kicks me back to my desktop. Dunno what's causing it. Using Netscape 7.1 (cuz I don't like the newer versions). Could be a problem with the flash on my end or some such. Not a major thing, just a minor annoyance cuz it makes me go hunt up IE (there's a few other sites out there that do the same thing). I need to find the updates to 7.x. I know I've got them on cd somewhere. Kate (who doesn't want you to worry about this, just wanted to fill you in on the NS 7 issue)

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Sun, 18 December 2005 at 2:47 PM

That's really odd...
These are my statistics...
buildgraphs.php?usernum=586376816&id=345
Evennthough there aren't al that many Netscape users, I think more people would have complained if it was a GENERAL issue... I hope it's not O_o
You CAN circumvent the first page by going to http://trekkiegrrrl.dk/main.htm instead - try that and see if you still crash. IF you do, then we know it's something on the flash page :o)

Ok, tried going to main.htm. Bounced me right out of my browser and back to the desktop. I really do think it's something on MY end that's causing it. Something in my setup just doesn't like your site. I can get to the front page with the nifty flash welcome sign, just can't get beyond that. Works fine in IE, tho. Mebbe I need to update my flash. I'll try that and see what happens. Kate

Hmm.. Might be the jave-image-changer thingie. It sometimes messes with my Firefox as well, the page just won't load. Just for the fun of it, could you please try one of the sub pages? For instance http://trekkiegrrrl.dk/mpp1.htm ? So I can see if it is indeed the java. I've thought about taking it down, but so far I havent' found another way of changing pictures at random like this, since the server it's on doesn't support ssi :(

Ok, that one worked just fine. Was able to get that page to load with no problems. When you mentioned java I went "Aha!" since sometimes the javascript seems to work fine and sometimes it doesn't with NS 7.1. For instance, the DAZ pages never redirect for me, I always have to click on the "click here" link after I login there. I think we've located the problem. Yay us! :) Bummer about the SSI deal. Go ahead and keep the java image changer thingie. I'll just make a note that I need to use IE for your site. Used to have to do that with the DAZ site too. Kate

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Mon, 19 December 2005 at 10:07 AM

:o) Great! At least I know now that the culprit is the java (not javaScript, a real Java applet) so I'll continue searching for another solution for that. Half the products it's showing are no longer in my store anyway L You can just bookmark that mpp1.htm too of course, and use the menu (I assume that works?) to go to the various sections, just avoid the Main page then L
