Yep. The same tired old problem from "Content Hell". Order filled but no download link. Pretty much par for the course with CP, I've found. This has happened to me so many times I can only ask this: Are they complete and utter imbeciles, or do they just enjoy annoying their (few remaining) customers?

Yep, still Download "N/A" after Order Confirmation and Shipment email... A little OT question: Has anyone ever had CP work correctly first time, ever?

Usually I have no probs with EF but when something is going wrong, they respond either fast or never, so last time when I complained that I as a passport member was not able to download free passport content under the German surface, I had to switch to english to get the content for free. I reported this may be 2 weeks ago but until now no answer :(( But in general I have no probs with downloads like this time.

It looks like it is something wrong with how I set this up, CP was pretty flakey yesterday, let me see what I can do. I'll post another message when I get it working, sorry about this!

Could have to do with this new policy they have of freebies only being available to Passport members? I'm not a PP member, so I get the N/A thing too. :] Fish

Considering that it's a "Free update for previous purchasers of Glamorous Jessi", it shouldn't be a Passport issue. This is the second time I've had problems with CP, the first was with the Teradactyl, and the site wouldn't let me place my order, but I've gotten most of the freebies from there with no problems.

I set it up again (it is a new product number, so your have to re-order it), it seems O.K. this time. I downloaded it myself, was O.K., and I'm not a Passport holder either (at least I think I'm not...) ;-) Sorry about the hassle, Content Paradise's vendors software can be a little flakey at times. I should have checked this last night, but it was really late when I finished. (Excuses, Excuses!) Have fun!

I've never had a problem with CP, and I even use it as a gateway to purchase at other sites. However, I use Firefox exclusively, so I have a browser that works.... M

There was no download to work yesterday--I tried with both Firefox and Explorer. When I checked my orders, the item wasn't listed so I clicked on the order number of the other item I got at the same time. It said that the original item had been deleted from the database. I placed a new order and it worked just fine. Incidently, although I am a PP member, I thought that CP was still going to offer a weekly Poser and Shade freebie to everyone. The PP advantage is that they would stay free forever and not just for the one week. Did anyone else read it that way?
