The easiest most reliable solution is probably Body Studio.Attached Link: http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=42060
With my plugin CinePoser LT, you can import the lines of Poser 5 hair as splines into Cinema 4D. Then, you can use a Sweep-NURBS to make them polygons for rendering.Dimension 3D - Poser Tools, Poser Props and Morphs, Cinema 4D

Add a sweep nurbs to your scene. Turn off angle limit of the phong tag. Add a circle spline and use it as first child of the nurbs. Use a very small radius and no intermediate points (to reduce the number of created polygons). Then, add the spline as second child to the sweep nurbs. This may result in many polygons, but makes the spline visible for render.
BTW, when you export from Poser, turn on "show populated" for all dynamic hair, or Poser will export only the guide hair. And you should use a low value for verts per hair to reduce the number of spline points.

But there a so many reasons for me, make it a need to import the figure in Cinema. (Thinking know about to update to Poser 6...but this hairy thing must be cleared before..) Looks really ugly. So I hope someone can help with a view tips what to do?
