I sent an email to Store@Renderosity.com asking if I can have a refund on the MidnightFever - Lilly (V3 Character & Outfit) due to the copyright issues, MarketPlace Customer Support FAQ states that Email Support available 7 days a week.
E-Mails will receive a response within 24hrs. but as of yet I have had no reply and is now 30+hours
Please can someone look into it for me as there are other great items I could spend the money on.
