I would delete that post and edit the information if I were you. I wouldn't post my complete shipping address or even partial credit card numbers on a public forum.

Still no reply about this. but i think I see where the problem lies. I have two profiles (long story) I actually purchased the products under the id of andrewe_66. the Order Confirmation: Id 111025289

Another day another wait, Judging by the Items posted here you do have some problems, The one that concerns me is the lack of responce to my messages here. Once again my Order Confirmation: Id 111025289 , it was ordered under the ID name of andrewe_66

Andrew, I am so sorry! Sherry and I share a desk and this post looked as though it had been answered. I've been in since Monday. I've checked the posts each day, but this looked as though it had been answered. My sincerest apologies. As a first time buyer we have to verify your CC. Please send the toll free number off the back of your credit card. I suspect that was the next step that Sherry was getting to. But without an order those instructions were irrelevant. I also notice that the post she made was shortly before our workday ends. So that explains why she didn't get back with you. This length of time is not typical, at all. When this info. is sent in I can verify your purchase and enable your downloads within 5 min. Please keep in mind this step is not to be bothersome to you, as much as it is to provide protection for you against CC fraud. Future purchases will be available immediately.
