Subject: Glowing Nostrils

Good Afternoon All,

Can someone tell me how to remove the nostril glow on my V3 caracter? Im running DAZ 1.2.0.1

there is a no-glow nostril prop available , another way is to check the shadow map size. I dont know if you can do that in Daz Studio

It looks as if there is some sort of 'ridge' around her nose. I assume this is V3RR LE. Did you apply a morph there?

Easiest way to reduce Chernobyl Nostril Syndrome is

  1. Render with shadows on

  2. Set a darker diffuse colour for the nostril material, on your surfaces tab

  3. Use a darker specular colour there as well.
