Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 26 1:43 pm)
Thankz for the help and the comments. As for the question, yes it was rendered in poser, hair and eyes partially done in postwork. I'd like to see what I could do with Victoria and Mike, but I have no cash to throw at them... You know? nik faulkner: Yes you are picking, but I absolutely love it when people do... Because it helps me out with my problem quite a bit,(this time being relism) Thanks alot!
Some freestuff that might help... *There is a P4 Woman bump map out somewhere (in Freestuff I think) *the Vikki-buster texture in Freestuff *a terrific P4 Woman eyelash prop (real geometry, you can double up two pairs ofsit x for thicker look-> http://www.lvn.co.jp/poser/DLMainFrame.htm) *Eve eyebrow prop (with transmap by me) at morphs.bbay.com *and my "moist eye" cornea props at http://www.angelfire.com/yt/momodot/download.html

get kozaburo's hair (the best hair that no money can buy) link attached. no post work on image. She looks good to me--I like blue eyed redheads, but don't tell my blonde wife ;) You ended up with the "red dye #3" hair color that does show up in RL, but only on dye jobs. If you add more brown and gold to the teture map for the hair, it looks more like a true redhead. I do that mostly on the texture map using one of the "hair brushes" and occasionally just a fill in PSP/Photoshop as a layer below the existing texture. You could add a slight "wet" look to the eyes in post--I don't have much luck doing it in poser without ending up looking soggy :) The eyelashes look ok to me, but they would be improved with tweaking the transmap or an add-on prop. Thanks for posting and being brave enough to take comments..I'm working up to it myself. I'd rather publish it as "finished" than accept criticism during the process. GrayMare
Blind-Spider: Definitely gotta add some blemishes/inconsistancies to the skin... she may be a hottie, but most of the human race doesn't have perfect skin... I see youve done some of that on the cheeks, but need just a tad more, especially around the forehead area... its too smooth and too shiny. I'm not very good at all with Poser right now, but I've looked around a lot at ppl's work. Its given me a sense of what to strive for, and also what to modify to eventually make mine better. Yours is right up there in my book. Then there's the lashes too, but I'm not going to regurgitate what youve already heard. Great job! ..->[ aMP-3 ]<-..
.."What's your world look like?"
I've looked at using some eye props, I can't remember exactly where they were from but Anyways, How exactly do you get them in there?? I'm not very good at lining stuff up in Poser yet, and I can't seem to get it. Any help that way? Also, I've been trying to simulate the look of wetness in the eyes and on the skin of a figure, I cannot get it right at all, it ends up looking like crud.. any tips on that???
