okay got your receipt of my monies for order #111078991, now how in the heck do i download it...and yes i need it right now! lol! deadline looming.

i click on the link taking me to the order page and don't see squat about how to download my order! can someone please help me!

I'm no expert, but when I click on the order link in the email, it takes me to a page that shows all the items in the order.  Next to the name of each item are file names with underlines --- these are the links to the files which can be downloaded.

You can also get there by clicking My Account and then on the order number.

yes, i've done that and it takes me to a page that shows the status as: paid, unshipped (that means to me they got my money) ...then under the ship method heading it has nothing. then below that it tells me what i purchased and that the download is pending (???).

i thought that the 24hr pending notice on items purchased had to do with renderosity receiving it's monies for services rendered, and with receipt of those monies then the services would be, well... rendered.

i think i forgot my decoder ring at work today. :P
