Hey, three is still pretty darn economical, considering the results he got, so I'm prepared to overlook it. Heh. Besides, he revived a fond childhood memory, so what's an extra keyframe between friends? Which reminds me: Use as many key frames as you want on the blinking eye challenge. I think I'm going to use three, although one could probably use two, and add a reverse sequence to the gif. Neat opening graphic on your web page, Geek. I don't have much 3D on my web page (which I hope to change in the near future), but if anyone wants to see my sparse offerings, stop by at the link above.Geek, just checked out your tutorial. Neat technique. I think you meant to say "Cube" instead of "Cylinder", but the pictures make the approach very clear. Nice job. Also, a similar trick could also be used for - you guessed it - a blinking eye! Or a squinting one. Add a slightly smaller sphere, and maybe something more like a hemisphere, instead of the three quarter sphere for the upper eyelid. I'm off to give it a try, except I'll have to build my sphere parts in the vertex modeler; the boolean function tends to crash my computer. --Terri
