The second order was a duplicate "empty" purchase, meaning there were no items on the order and it had a total of $0. I deleted that order. Those orders usually happen when you press back to correct any mistakes on an order.
To receive your downloads we have two options:
1) You can pay #111123962 by going directly to Paypal and sending payment to payments@renderosity.com. Then you can send me the transaction ID# and I will mark it paid manually.
2) I can delete the unpaid order (#111123962) and you can try your order again.

Hello,
I made a purchase via PayPal using FireFox, but for some reason the connection with PayPal failed. So I made the transaction directly with Renderosity's credit card method successefully, but I never got the download link.
Because of that, there are 2 transactions showing for the same product:
order# 111123962 unpaid unshipped (the PayPal one)
order# 111123963 paid unshipped ( Renderosity one)
Both don't show up download link
Can you send it to me, please?
