I'll have to check that out.  I'm currently doing a short AVI showing his arms in the UP position, hand touching like to dive or fly.  I need to send it on to Jim.  I found a couple of things that need tweaked, I think.  It may be something with the Victoria mesh as apposed to Jim's fine work but I won't know until he's reviewed my findings.  I wish I could have beta tested for this one.  I'm such a detail finder.  I think I made him crazy the last time I worked with him!!

Beautiful work, stormchaser!!  Nicely toned legs!!  Are those morphs original or from DAZ?

stormchaser ( ) posted Mon, 11 December 2006 at 8:02 PM

nakamuram - Thanks, I was so pleased she came out like that. I'm rendering a Vue image at the moment so I can't play with V4 for a while, (sulks) I need more memory.
Anyway,  I used the morphs that came with the extra morphs package. Just wait till I get my hands on the ones to come!

RAMWolff, I have Vittorio and the muscle morphs are terrific on V4! However, he isn't showing in my folder...only his body hair. I'm assuming I have to do something with RTEncoder **. Can you give me a clue on what to do and the steps involved please. Thanks for any help!

OK, so you have your first file from the 4 you downloaded for Vittorio, assuming you have the Complete and not the basic package.....

Open up the RTEncoder exe and select the "Decode" radio button

File to Decode.  Use the supplied browse button to browse to where the unzipped VittorioComplete.rte is located

Key File.  Use the supplied browse button locate the Victoria 4.cr2

Save As.  Use the dialog to browse to the folder you want to unpack the VittorioComplete.rte

You should be all set 😄

Here's another go with Vittorio.  He's got quite a few of the V4 morphs mixed in.  Also be aware that the ab morphs will be found by clicking on the Abdomen section of the body!! 😉

Oh goodie.  Glad to help you out!!

Here's another go at Vittorio.  This is using the bump vein maps.  In DAZ Studio I had to set up these maps on BOTH the Bump and Displacement channels to get them to really pop from this distance.  Set them 100% each and both Min values set to -0.10 and Max values set to 0.50 for Displacement and 0.050 for Bump.

With him really jacked up like this I can see a bit of separation at the shoulders though!

Quote - The muscle morphs for V4 are out now.  They are in the form of Vittorio.  You get a new cr2 for Vittorio but the morphs themselves can be injected into V4 as well.  I haven't tried it yet but Vittorio looks amazing!!

Wolff, could you elaborate a little? Can I use Vittorio muscle morphs on a female V4? If so, how?  Do I have to inject or something similar? Are the V4M morphs individual morphs a la Gen 3, or are they transmorph collections?

So many questions...

Cheers

John

As long as you have the full version of V4 you can use the Vittorio morphs on her!!  Injection morphs included in the pack!! 😄

PS: If you are fan of DigiCalimero's work like Eszter, it seems that the smile I see in this pose that "Evil" is wearing .... well .... her face looks like Eszters to me a bit.  It's the smile, that beautiful smile she has!!

Example above....  Off to bed now....

Quick update!

I'm back from my family trip, and am starting the Vittorio freebies again. Ramwolf gave me a nice list of improvements for Vittorio, and I'll be releasing them as a freebie later this week. (thanks bud, wish I could have got you a copy during testing).

All of Vittorio's morphs work on V4. For those that want a slimmer V4, inject the "to v4" morph into V4, and dial it to -.5. It'll take her halfway between Vittioria and V4, and gives a more athletic, less busty look.

Here's a pic of V4 with Vittorio Muscles and Definition.... No V4 morphs at all.

One thing I would like in your update pdxjims - apparently when you load Vittorio's morph, it removes or hides certain materials groups, one of which is either Nostril or Nostrils.  I use Ambient Occlusion to kill things like nostril glow, and apparently both material groups need it to completely kill the glow.  If you could back that out that would be great, even if you're not putting any texture in that zone.

carodan, any chance of your morphed V4(child) becoming available? That would be something I would purchase in a second.

i found that scaling in v4 is forced to all axis at once, no individual x y or z
am i missing something here?

on the individual body parts anyway...body has x y and z

pjz99 ( ) posted Tue, 30 January 2007 at 10:11 PM

They're hidden but they're there.  There's a pose file out on the board somewhere that un-hides them, I'll look around for it.

Who is Apollina?

carodan ( ) posted Wed, 31 January 2007 at 4:38 AM · edited Wed, 31 January 2007 at 4:41 AM

Attached Link: Apollina - CP Apollo forum

Apollina is a female morph for Apollo that I've been playing with off and on for about a year. There are a number of images showing progress throughout the thread at the link provided. Not sure whether it'll ever get finished unfortunately as I lack the technical expertise in to make certain things work well. Fun to toy with though.
