I tried several on-line translators and each time it came up with no match. I did a bit of digging, and Bazze maybe able to help as he is originally from Poland. Also czarnyrobert is from Poland so he may be able to help aswell.

Ya, not what I was looking for. Basically eConsole was a transparent DOS window application. It functioned like eTerm does for Linux. I've seen some very impressive Linux desktops where the commandline window was like writing on planes of glass. eConsole enabled this effect for Windows. Oh well.. my quest continues.
Thank you Drawbridgep and Orbital! Your helps were greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Greetings!
Unfortunately no it isn't. What I'll do is look up some old screen captures and will post here so everyone can see what I'm talking about. I made many screen captures of different desktops I've used over the years.. but I think I only have two with eConsole. At one point I had Windows looking like the Enlightenment window manager from Linux with a nice eConsole window... but that one has vanished on me.. not even in the CD backups.... But I know I didn't delete it. So it's somewhere....

Greetings all.
Does anyone here know a bit of Polish?
I am hunting down a program I used to use. A DOS program that enabled a Windows computer to have a transparent DOS window. It was called eConsole. It had problems with Windows XP so I stopped using it. Now with Vista it doesn't want to work... it tries though. Anyway, doing some Googling I found a possible lead... one site says it has been updated and now works with Vista. There's no link, but I found the company name. Googling that I find no reference to "eConsole" but I do find eAudytor. I have no idea if this is the program I seek, but under a non-English name. I think the site is all in Polish, but I don't completely know. Does "audytor" mean "console"?
Help would be appreciated. The here is the link if anyone is interested in the site. http://ftp.e-audytor.com/download.php
Many thanks!
