Just select the one whose size you want to change, go into the editor and adjust the size until it's right. Bryce defaults to some multiple of its "unity" size when importing regardless of the size of objects when created elsewhere. I never leave objects the size they are when importing. If I'm doing an indoor scene with people, I use 1 Bryce unit = 1 inch as a scaling guideline, so for example, when a character is imported, and it comes in at 40.96 units (a 'unity' multiple) but I want the dude to be 6' (72") tall, I grab an onscreen calculator and figure out what percentage increase I have to make it 72.00 units, then go into the 3D transformations item on the size-adjust menu and apply that number. Voila - it's sized to what I want. Then I make other items and/or characters the appropriate sizes via the same method, and all the objects in my scene are in accurate scale with each other. Then I can arrange them and don't ever have to worry about proportions seeming odd.

Allen9 is absolutley on the money with his reply. I usually match the imported figures up in an otherwise empty scene and match them up according to facial features, which don't bend and flex like limbs or torso. Sometimes, for complex scenes, I export all the figures together and import them into Bryce. This keeps relative size the same between say a dog and a person.Yeah... agree with both Allen and Wierdass. I'm in the process of rendering a scene for the Tarot Card project over in poser forum, and my two main characters complete with props and clothing came to 25 - 30 meg apeice .obj exports. Without even trying it, I'm pretty sure that ipmorting them as a single file would crash bryce on my computer, so after posing them, I exported each character singly. I don't get quite as scientific as Allen... I tend to use the "grab a corner and drag" method of resizing. ;] I position the figures so that they line up in forn ot side view, go to solo mode and resize them to the scale and proportions I need. I'm reasonably accurate at getting them sized by "eyeball" measurement...

One trick you can do, if you can import the entire file into Bryce, is while in Poser, postion your figures how you want them, then create a cube prop and scale it so the figures are inside the cube, then export as obj. When importing into Bryce, just delete the cube, and your figures will maintain correct size/position and wont get the textures confused.
Hrmmm... that has possibilties. Wont deal with the crashing bryce on huge obj's, but on simpler figures it should work nicely.

Tried to import Micheal and Vicky together with Sharky's angel wings and got an out of memory error. The .obj file was over fifty megs which caused bryce to freak. So I was forced to import each character seperately. And when I did finally get the two characters in, Bryce decided to make one of them smaller than the other. Anyone got a suggestion as to how to fix this glitch in an otherwise great program?
