The way I do it is to copy the content folder of the unzipped file and then paste it inside daz where the daz content folder is...tell it to overwrite when it asks and then everything goes into the daz content folder.
If your downloaded file is an istaller then you just have to point to the daz content folder using the same path as above when it asks. Otherwise you have to install manually.

**Usually when you download content and open the zip, it's a Runtime folder you get. Just open your content folder and drop the Runtime folder there. Let it overwrite, that should do it. If that doesn't work, it's always possible that the files were originally placed improperly within that Runtime you downloaded and you'll have to locate them and place them in the proper folder where DAZ is telling you it is looking for them.

Hello! I've recently started using DAZ Studio. When I download the free stuff from this site, it is saved on my computer as an archived file. Then, I extract it. When I try to upload the figure/prop/backround, however, DAZ insists that the file can't be found, even though it displays a picture of the figure/prop/backround under the "Content" area. Am I doing something wrong? Help!
