Thanks for this! I'd also ike to know if it's possible to group items in DS?
For instance, under Poses I have
!Laura All Morphs RM;
!Laura EyeEArNose INJ;
!Laura Head INJ;
!Laura Eye Head REM;
etc
etc
etc
It's the same for all the MILL figures older than v.4...and it makes for a very long list! I'd like to be able to group them under the figure name: ie have all the Laura Morphs and Mats appear under one heading - Laura. Can this be done?
thanks.
You can move the foldrs and files around within the library categories (eg RuntimelibrariesPose) and even, if you aren't wanting to use the folder with Poser itself, between the existing categories (so you could, if you wanted, make a Laura folder in Runtimelibrariescharacter and put the figure in that, put the poses for Laura in a subfolder, put the clothes in another subfolder with the mat files in a subfolder of that and so on to concentrate everything for the figure in one place).

Are you saying you can set up poser like that?
I use DS but I have a lot installed to poser and need to do something within poser quick..lol
Its taking me forever to find the things I know I have...not to mention the things I need to "weed out"

No, in the case of Poser up to version 5 you can't mix settings (poses, lights etc.) and items (figures, props etc.) though you can combine different kinds of setting and different kinds of item. Poser 6 allows you to mix all content types. I don't lnow about 7. However, for Poser (up tp version 6 at least) you have to change the extension to match the library (cr2 in librariescharacter, for instance) which D|S doesn't like. So although both Poser and D|S allow at least some mixing of content they use incompatible methods (though if you put the changed-extension files in one folder tree so you didn't load them in D|S you could do a multi-purpose Runtime).
