Poser Python Scripting F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 02 3:16 pm)
Well, Spawncharacter does allmost what I want, except that I have now new morphs in everybody part, and I just want the original bodymoprhs be set like the full bodymorphs are, so that I don't have extra morphs, Tebop describes the proces by hand in the poserforum.
In my opinion this can be done easier, but I'm python witer, perhaps anyone can give his opinion on this.
best regards,
Bopperthijs

You might also consider using spawncharacter with Ockham's ZeroMorph.py and, and/ SVDL's remove morphs. If you have your figure the way you want, and create the INJ, do'nt apply it yet. First run ZeroMorphs.py, this will revert all morph dial values to zero. Then run RemoveMorph.py, this will delete any morph dials with a value of zero(all.) Now use the INJ from SpawnCharacter, and you should have a very lite version of you figure?

Perhaps this sounds a little cryptic but a lot of custom characters ( bought or self-made) of V3,V4 and other DAZ3D figures are made by the setting of the Full Body moprhs of the characters.
If I want to make a FBM of those settings for storing for later use, only the face morphs are saved and not the body morphs in the FBM.
AFAIK (in my humble poserknowledge) the only way this can be solved is by setting the individuable bodypart -morphs to the same settings as the full body morph settings. ( or spawning them, but I don't think that's a good solution)
But if you have a lot of FBM dials set, this can be a very tedious task. ( if you done it once you never want to do it again)
I want to make some custom FBM of my favourite home-made and bought characters to use them in the new wardrobe-wizzard.
I think it's possible to make a python-script to do the job, but I don't know python: is there someone who would give this a try?
Best regards,
Bopperthijs
PS. I think a ot of WW2-users will be very happy with this!
